"They paid me on a weekly basis which was convenient for making sure my bills were paid on time."

"Make sure you understand that the owners are only interested in their own ideas, and you will succeed by towing the company line, not by beng innovative or imaginative."
What don't you like about working at Gilligan & Ferneman?
"Every decision or idea had t go through the owners of the company and unless they saw an immediate return they were ignored."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more open to new ideas and marketing channels. Have an open mind about employee ideas, and allow employees to try new things before automatically rejecting them."
