"Everyone must have documented official approval before removing government data."

"Small, close-knit team of developers, with team leads that are well versed in the software and work very well with their teams. Good comradery, and a lot of room to work on new things and learn a great deal."

"If you don't mind lower pay, this is a good position to seek. Unfortunately, they have had a couple of layoffs in the last couple years."

What don't you like about working at Technology Solutions Experts?

"Not the best pay and benefits, but the company also really supports the individual having a personal life and does not support nor push long hours on the job. Of course, like any job, if you have stuff to get done, you put in the hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a couple more business level people to scout for job opportunities, write proposals and bring in new projects. The company is currently really hurting from cutbacks from the DOD to some of their major projects."
