"If you don't mind lower pay, this is a good position to seek. Unfortunately, they have had a couple of layoffs in the last couple years."

"Not the best pay and benefits, but the company also really supports the individual having a personal life and does not support nor push long hours on the job. Of course, like any job, if you have stuff to get done, you put in the hours."

"Hire a couple more business level people to scout for job opportunities, write proposals and bring in new projects. The company is currently really hurting from cutbacks from the DOD to some of their major projects."
