"Too many changes in middle and upper management. I had 5 different direct managers in 6 years!"

"Flexibility to work on different projects. You simply have to have the drive to better yourself to make a mark at Maximus. If you have no interest in that you'll be left behind."

"Be prepared to work and don't be afraid to take a chance and jump in to take on new task."

"None. Maximus is a great company for new and upcoming business analysts. Maximus's offers a wide variety of online training and personal development that is available to all employees."

"None. Maximus provides consultancy services that benefit health and human service recipients all across the nation and management is doing a good job providing those services as a consulting firm."

"very cutting edge and innovative,we were always pushing the limit. Everyone was encouraged to participate towards a common goal"
What don't you like about working at Watterson-Prime?
"For me the 2+ hour commute each way was too much, and job demands were too great for working at home. Not the place for a family oriented person."

"encourage work from home, find way to innovate how to work as well as the work itself."

"IT is a good company, with good owners and great employees, but has very old world management and people set in their ways."
What don't you like about working at SCS Refrigerated Services?
"old world mentalities. Senior management had a poor understanding of IT and was extremely consultant heavy. When revenue is tight, company was more apt to cut than innovate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your people, and be open to innovative ideas. Good employees deserve good compensation."
