"I love my job and try not repeat the mistakes."
"I have been growing in the organization pretty fast. I started off as a senior associate and grew to technology manager (5 levels) within a span of 7 years which is only possible if you are highly rated by your manager,client and peers. I like that I have the flexibility and open culture of the organisation.I don't like that the high performers like me are not compensated at the market level inspite of being promoted twice in the last two years."

What do you like about working at Rosetta?
"The flexibility that was starting to open for working remotely as well as autonomy for training and growing."

"If you are technology focused, don't expect to stay that way through out your career, as you will be moved more towards project management roles."
What don't you like about working at Rosetta?
"The developed career growth too focused on what they knew of project management, but little to no real track for technical focused people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more concerned about your employees than their clients, promising to deliver the moon and sun in a day or two causing your employees to become over worked."

"I like the degree of responsibility I have and the ability to manage all aspects of my job."

"There will not be others who will interview with this company as it is closing."

"The company is closing down. They were in the real estate business."

"I suggest an ethical closure leaving no open items or unhappy investors."

"It has a casual environment, the people are nice and the CEO brings his dog to work. Cool and fun place to be."

"Be prepared to give 120%. Have an open mind and be flexible. Also be energetic and eager."

"Doesn't value technology and is not intrested in investing in it or it's technical staff."

"The CXO leadership was off by itself in Dallas and were more bean counters than innovators."
