"Everything. This place does NOT maintain a strong chain of command as the computer so eloquently put it. there is only one chain and its deceit and it comes from the top. If you consider yourself a professional who cares about your work and your reputation, I offer a word of caution..DO NOT GO HERE."

"none. becasue nothing will help. the minute someone leaves the company, the entire management team begins to bad mouth them."

"Didnt like anything. From the get-go, I was in a perpetual state of waiting for some interesting work to come my way. It never did."

"Avoid if you can. Will sell you on a fantasy."

"I bought into a fantasy during my interview process. No interesting work at all. Small projects. Clients typically small to medium sized, so no challenging work for an engineer. No support for engineers. Never been with a company where you had to justify why you needed VPN for remote-access, when 90% of the time the work was remote. Poor communication from management. Promises were made to clients about non-existing talent /knowledge that engineers could deliver that they hadnt been trained on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont have your Sales force pursue projects with clients for which your engineering staff is not trained for. There is too much over-promise. Also, clients should not be talked into buying solutions they dont need just because you are trying to hit sales targets. Two clients opened about this while on a project engagement."

"The owner had unreasonable expectations and not many people last more than a year. The company has week executive management that was unwilling to make a desicion."
