"I absolutely love programming and UI/UX. This was a career shift I made in adulthood and I have not regretted it. I love the creative problem-solving aspect, the cerebral work, and the ever-changing industry. There is always a new challenge and something to learn. And despite the stereotype of programmers being shut-ins, the communities around web technologies are amazing. The challenges I face are less of a programming and more of a human nature. Educating designers and clients, and getting other team members on board with positive changes when a need has to be addressed."
