"I like most of applications are small to medium size. We get to do many different types of applications and technology."

"Be prepared that there is not too much management direction or oversight."

"We are not working together to make our platform or applications better. Many old systems that should and can be easily redone but never will."

"I wish that we could set a direction and vision for our current application development and actively work to make our systems better."

"Interesting work for the most part. The sustainability work was excellent. HSE management was good."

"Was unstable and dependent upon oil prices. Some of the engineering managers did not have good communication skills."

"Have a technical career path that does not involve managing people. Some people were brilliant but not good with communications and it was hard to understand what they wanted."
