"Most of the folks I dealt with were by-the-book retired or ex-military type. Act accordingly."

"They were a little tight on work schedules. Would have like to work more hours."

"Interview with your actual supervisor and hiring manager."

"Disconnect with access to information to perform the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Match people with positions in a more thorough fashion. HR can not do placement of technical contractors by itself."

"I was happy working there because the culture was positive and the employees were easy to get along with."
What do you like about working at ECS Group?
"I enjoyed created documents from scratch and working with various software to create flow charts. I enjoyed the freedom to work on my own and I liked the company culture. It was a small group."
What don't you like about working at ECS Group?
"At times, because of the nature of the position, there wasn't much work, and the position only lasted for a few months."
What do you like about working at Legin Group?
"Everything, as you can see from my evaluation above. I was treated fairly and with respect. The coworkers were brilliant, yet very down-to-earth. The boss/management was fantastic.The company paid extremely well. I would still be there; however I was layed off due to severe budget cuts on the Yucca Mountain Project."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be smart, college degrees are required. Be prepared to work VERY HARD and treat everyone with respect."
What don't you like about working at SITA?
"SITA, or at least the MiamI office I worked for was completely disorganized and using very old technology."

"If they were still around I would ask them to get more organized and update their technology."

"Do not trust the testers to do their job adequately and ask the installers how they do their job."

"Management was inexperiences and depended on other employees who did not adequately perform their job."

"Learn the software, installation and technical details of the applications and hire more thorough testers."

"Contract workers limited to 6 months or 1000 hours per year."

"Freedom to design projects, nature of the work is interesting."

"If you run your life like clockwork, it may be a fit for you. If you are experienced in processes to maintain accuracy to government contracts, then you will be a boon to the company."

"Militant attitude about work hours and disorganized and innefficient work processes. The latter leads to employee frustration. Also the company does not honor verbal agreements as to corporate decisions, processes or policy. Moral is therefore low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company needs to incorporate systems to balance automation of reports, manual oversite, processes of work and training, employee education about their jobs, and to allow for a balance or work and lifestyle outside of the military setting. Also the operations are run with a bullying style and lack of respect for employees and management alike."

"Good work environment that allowed me direct access to the resources I needed to get the job done."

"I really have no complaints about working at Tyco. I was a great place to work."

"The culture, the way they treat their employees, the casual dress policy, and the freedom to move around in the company."

"Be yourself, have fun, and don't take yourself too seriously!"

"In certain areas the hierarchy of leadership insists on following the traditional path."
