"Small company with plans to grow. The company makes a point to develop skills within it's existing workforce."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"A friendly, outgoing attitude will, in many cases, compensate for a lack of particular skills. All candidates are evaluated to determine if they would be a fit to the company culture."
What don't you like about working at Poole & Associates?
"The particular contract was very unorganized and lacked leadership, cohesiveness, or teamwork. The hard workers were often pressed to do even more, while underachievers went unnoticed. However, not every contract the company was part of has this poor of a reputation. The company, in general, has an extremely good track record on contract."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The magement of Poole should continue to hone it's friendly, hardworking reputation. That is the reason people stay with the company."
