"There is a lot done here to help motivate us during tough times that is not helpful because it is mostly food. What most of the employees want is time off of the phones."

"Value your employees, have more one-on-one discussions and team meetings, support your team, and don't let them feel alone."

"It was relaxed environment. Supervisors were knowledgable about the applications that we support. There was also some room for advancement."

"The fact that after they advised us that we did not have to worry about our jobs we were released. This was in a two week span."
