Technical Support Assistant at AT&T
in Las Vegas, NV

"Best part of the job was helping customers. That's one thing I love doing. Making sure your service is up and running and knowing by the end of the call your going to be satisfied with my service. As you all know every company has an irate customer, those customers are the best ones. Knowing I can resolve their technical issues and alleviate their frustration makes me feel confident in my work."
