"autonomy, freedom, not micro-managed. I am given a lot of freedom to work in a way that best suits me."

"it is what it is...a good job at a good company. nothing overly exciting here, don't come into this thinking this is a 90's era start-up. because it is not."
What don't you like about working at WideOrbit?
"I work on a dysfunctional product, and a great deal of my colleagues do not inspire any enthusiastic feeling in me to work with them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I cannot really speak to this point. I have to had any experience running the show, so I can only imagine the stress involved"

"I was trusted, dependable, and considered responsible. Was allowed to work at home for 12 years."

"Not that this moment... expect to be honest and don't lead on about qualifications that may not exist."

"New onsite training was hard to get approved because of the company's budget."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of always looking at SLA's, also consider work ethic and character."
