What do you like about working at EXTOL International?
"I loved learning all of their B2B software products, and I loved being able to take my formal training and in implementing their software, it was a fantastic experience going to client sites all over the country and learning about different industries."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"none...it's an easy-going company...what you see is what you get, and that is being treated like part of a family."
What don't you like about working at EXTOL International?
"The only complaint I had was that I was always 'overbooked' with onsite visits, or I would have too many assignments 'on my plate', so to speak, because of revenue goals that needed to be met every month. This caused an unhealthy balance between my professional and personal lives...I will admit, I was getting 'burnt out', not having proper time off, even when I had planned it months in advance: I would still be on my laptop and on the phone with a client remotely while I was on 'vacation'. Nevertheless, I loved what I did there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think much has changed since I was laid off, in restructuring responsibilities, but when I was there, much of the pressure for revenue was put on the Technical Services team. That mismanagement caused the lack of professional balance to a team member's life."
