"Too far away from my home. I have enjoyed my time there and has nothing bad to say."

"I do not know what to say. It is a research institute and I think they are doing O.K."

"The field is not what I want to be in. I don't see myself progressing or moving forward here."

"I would define newer roles better and provide new employees, especially those who are new to the field, more guidance and more open-ness to asking questions"
