"I did not like the accumulation of paid time off or PTO."

"Check transcripts of records of applicants who wished to be called engineers."

"The company was very flexible with comp time. The people that I worked with were great. I had one of the best bosses that I have ever had."

"To be your self and don't try to over impress. These are real down to earth people that want to know if you can do what they ask."

"Some of the management were not professional. I didn't have immediate supervision or a direct training program."

"The only thing I would recommend is to have a structured training program and a more structured line of supervision."
