"I dislike that there is less growth opportunity and middle management politics. It is hard to get visible if not on hot projects. I dislike the work-life balance."

"The company does not focus on employees enough. The company places blame on employees for situations beyond their control."

"Pay attention to the needs of your staff. Numbers are important but happy employees are going to produce those numbers in a more efficient manner than unhappy employees."
