"I love developing engineering operations and working with young engineers. I love implementing and applying new technologies to challenging needs, particularly when you can do it in a way that puts you ahead of the competition. Really enjoying working on tough design solutions."
"Love= personal satisfaction of seeing what you create being used by the world. Hate= Limitation of number of hours in the day to learn and teach new technologies."
"This position is a love and not too much of a hate position. The ability to reach out to customers and hear their ideas and to work with them to fill their needs has always been a pleasure for me to work with. However, there is not much advancement to where my position is at now. Even though, I was put in the Export Sales of the company, there is still no room for advancements."
"I was given responsibility in managing multiple technical teams to develop advanced technologies. I did not like the head of the company who had little technical experience and was bent on closing down facilities and reducing staff without considering the consequences."
"It was great to be a Hollywood script writer for 4 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Actually, no. The management team I worked under pretty much left us to our own devices. Literally. As long as the work was getting done and people weren't screaming at us, everything was kosher. I enjoyed working for them."
