"All forms of management were confused about the jobs beneath them unless the jobs were specifically academic."

"Spend time learning about the jobs being done at lower levels. Be open to changes in policy, and don't put complete faith for the school's operation in the hands of 1 person who never went to college."

"I need to have a sence of permnanace, to be assiciated with a industry leader. So this is why I am looking to CyberCoders for the perfect position."
