"Technatomy has a very good vacation/leave profit sharing benefits package."
"This company has a 2.5 rating on Glassdoor. If you read the reviews you can get a sense of the kind of leadership running this company..."
"Great company but my current engament is a bit dysfunctional. Great people but the project management office and contractural design allows too many small groups overalp the technologies that are required to design and support an enterprise application with half a million users. There are 2 other seperate groups and contracts that overlap and require our design team to constantly wait on things and in many instances create instructions for tasks that are required"
"I’ve found that Technatomy is very strategic with their aggressive process on getting you hired on a Govt. contract ASAP because they get paid within 90 days regardless of the circumstances. All of the extensive paperwork is just jargon, and they have a very subpar upper and middle management resources whom are clearly just tools to help facility that caper. In addition, their benefits are terrible. I’ve had much better benefits as a contractor. When you start working the job on the client site with this company… you don’t have government clearance and network permissions to work, which is totally counterproductive, but financially strategic. They will have you idling on a client site for months having nothing to do but solicit for busy work, which is a constant uphill battle, especially if you have employees who feel that contractors onsite are beneath them, conflicting to their job security, or whatever personal aversion that is possible. The most evident characteristic about them is that they will allow any client to manipulate, disrespect, and throw a Technatomy employee under the bus without a notion. Once that occurs their rapport changes immediately with abandonment. Beware of this company because they definitely do not have the employee’s best interest. You’re better off just working with a contracting company because you will still be a contractor on the client site. It’s an illusion of having a permanent job for less money."
"I've found Tecnatomy to be poorly organized and poorly managed from the CEO on down. Very employee unfriendly and poor benefits - only two weeks of vacation (max!), salary only, and no human resources support. As a project manager there is no IT support and no quality processes. Too bad - I needed to leave after a year, as I was wasting away."
"Small company where there is instability in my current project and position"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would recommend asking questions relevant to company stability if someone is looking for a long-term position in this company."
What don't you like about working at Technatomy?
"I don't like that the company is small and there is instability in my current project where the client has projects in 9 to 12 month increments and my company has no guarantee of where I will be after my project ends early next year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion is to have a resource manager to work with employees a few months before their current projects end in order to guarantee future project work after a current project ends."
