"I have worked for TechFlow, Inc. for 6 years from 2008 until present, 2014. The work environment is relatively relaxed and laid back. It's a great place for a professional to get a start in building their career. The people I have worked with over the years have been great and have built awesome friendships, even. Professionally speaking TechFlow has a lot of room for growth and advancement to different departments. However, I would not recommend it be a company to stay long term. TechFlow is a great stepping stone for young professionals, but not a place you wan't to spend too much time at, since work tends to get repetitive and growth begins to stagnate due to the nature of the business of the company (government contractor).Compensation-wise, TechFlow is not as competitive as other companies in the same market. Hence, why working here is great for learning and gaining experience quickly. But move on somewhere else the moment growth cap has been reached. Overall, this company is great place to get started or continue with your career for 2-3 years, depending on your professional needs. However, I caution to work here for the experience, not for the pay; don't expect to get paid top-dollar for your skills here."
