"It is an amazing company to work for, however there are many issues in regards to middle management and proper cascading of information. It is a highly aggressive sales position and if sales are not met then bullying can be found by supervisors. It is a place that the strong will flourish, the weak will fail, and no room for any in between. There is some effort to try and help, but most efforts are moot and do not proper coverage."
