"There is not a thing I disliked about working for American Express. It was a wonderful place to be employed."

"At this time, none. I made any suggestions at the time I left the company. I also participated in an exit interview where I was able to express myself freely."

"It was fun. I did not hate going to work. If I needed something business or professional I knew I could get direction at the very least."

"Know the business! Be open minded about how to get things done. Do not get sucked into drama of the work place. If you let it Stream can make your career very enjoyable. I loved working there and wish I still worked for Stream!"

"Once you reached supervisor level management it was very difficult to move beyond that. Especially being a female."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a more diverse upper management bench. Men are smart but so are women having a health mix allows for diverse ideas, thoughts and solutions."

"Not a very stable company. If job security is what you are looiking for, Don't work at LifeMasters."

"Before signing a new contract, do a better job of researching the company and developing the contract."

"They gave me my first Ultrasound job, so I am indebted for that, & they gave me the chance to rise quickly, and to travel"

"Very long hours, little or no vacation, worked for 10 months away from howm without propper compensation (& no thanks)"

"Most of them were layed off with me- so I would say Good Luck"

What do you like about working at Target?
"The team atmosphere and knowing every day you come to work you have people that you can rely on. That as a Manager at both stores my team trusted me and knew that they would never have to do something I wouldn't do as well."

"Too much miss-communication between the executive managers to where it started to affect the whole store."

"To listen to your team. And to follow through on those conversations."
