"The company started out very laid back and easy to work for. However, a shift in management caused work and moral to spiral out of control. I worked an entire week straight with MAYBE 4 hours of sleep a night and still had to be up to make an early job the next morning. I was constantly working on my equipment in the field because I was never given any time to have the mechanic look at it. The manager at the time played favorites, with his friends being given 14 and 7 schedules and all the big paying jobs. The rest of us had to settle for 3 days off every other two weeks and would usually have to catch two jobs a day to keep up. Since the global pandemic that manager has been laid off and I heard that the owner took back over. In my experience it was better when he was running it back in the day."
