"A very disjointed IT structure which hindered the proper balancing of resources in areas of need. Overstaffed PMO office while level 1,2 and 3 support areas were dramatically understaffed. Inefficient manner of prioritizing projects and alignment of resources."

"TD Banknorth management needed to look at the structure utilized by successful competitors. Reorganization in the IT areas classified as Grow the business required for success. The Run the business manager needs to really get an understanding of what support is in a banking environment and how the area should be structured."
