"I've been here since 2007. The company was purchased about 18 months ago. People are leaving in the IT department, but not getting replaced. I have been attempting to move into another job, but have been getting nowhere. Instead of promoting from within, they are hiring from outside. Before the merger, no new tools or training would be provided by the company. Now, there's a bureaucracy hurtle to manage. There's now corporate politics to deal with instead of getting your job done."
