"I work for Taylor Morrison Home Funding. The company truly believes in loving the customer. It's a midsized company but it doesn't feel so big. The pay is pretty decent. They keep you informed of the company's financials and where the company is projected to be in the next couple of years. There's a lot of good people there. Just hope you have the right manager."

While some of management understand their workers and needs outside of the company vision, very few act on it. Ideals typically get shut down or passed onto somebody else for credit. Very little room for constrictive criticism. No real direction or any type of communication. At times it seems more like a ego contest then being invest in getting projects complete on time or ever completed."
