"I work for Taylor Morrison Home Funding. The company truly believes in loving the customer. It's a midsized company but it doesn't feel so big. The pay is pretty decent. They keep you informed of the company's financials and where the company is projected to be in the next couple of years. There's a lot of good people there. Just hope you have the right manager."
