"Large company that has a remote bureaucracy (at least from the perspective of a California employee). US HQ is in Matawan NJ, but the company HQ is in India. If you're in Burlingame, CA you are basically considered an overpaid afterthought. As far as big companies go the bureaucracy and siloing aren't all that bad though. Coworkers are a very smart bunch focused on their jobs. CEO seems like a smart fellow. Higher level execs always seem to be battling each other for resources or recognition (though all the pictures show them smiling around each other). That aside, if you put the work in they will do right by you (but don't expect a promotion because those just don't happen very often)."
