It's actually worse, because unlike a typical startup, the culture isn't dynamic and open to evolution, change and suggestive input from the group. The "old-timers" are set in their ways with bad habits, corruption, and politics that hold the company back from true organic growth and unfortunately this simply cannot be corrected without a complete re-org, which will likely never happen."
