"Excellent company. Caring and engaged CEO. They value the quality of their product and prioritize client satisfaction. This company is invested in its staff's successful contribution. With that said, rarely is there a time when a desired resource or tool is negated."
"Tangent, although established as an entity with varying products and services for around 30 years, is surprisingly sadly running like a resourceless startup. It's actually worse, because unlike a typical startup, the culture isn't dynamic and open to evolution, change and suggestive input from the group. The "old-timers" are set in their ways with bad habits, corruption, and politics that hold the company back from true organic growth and unfortunately this simply cannot be corrected without a complete re-org, which will likely never happen."
