"Management is paralyzed with fear and a lack of vision. No creativity, no willingness to take risk, and no real plan for dealing with the rapidly changing media landscape."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the young people in your organization who are MUCH more plugged in to the way media is consumed now. Stop trying to shape your audience and instead react to them."
