"When hiring, the general priority is first, attitude, then experience, then education."
What don't you like about working at Talix Consulting?
"Consulting's downside is that you don't have the opportunity to continue to follow-up, but even more importantly, there hasn't been the chance to build large teams, which I greatly miss."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To myself: continue to maintain my technical skills such that I can go hands-on with anyone on my team, to help solve problems. To those with whom I work, while the world is always changing, I hope that they'll seek to be consistent in their vision."
