"I love the interaction with people and being a "life changer". I consider that a great thing I can help someone move from one step of their life into another. The only thing they have in front of them is "Air and opportunity". The part I dislike is when I can get that person to see the potential that is in front of them. Some people just don't see the long term picture."

"simplify processes, increase global and regional connection points, support change management intitiatives with strong frameworks and increase real-time access to answers"

"Be genuine, open, and direct. And expect a rigorous interviewing process. But if you are selected, know that everyone else went through the same quality assessment."

"Nothing. While we are not a company for everyone, those who resonate with us will be hard pressed to imagine (let alone find) a better place to work."

"Leadership at times struggles with handing down clear and substantive communication. It's been tough for some at the top to transition from small start-up to a larger organization."

"Be decisive. Decision by committee and consensus has its value, but it can leave lots of room for morale to drop while the company is waiting for information from the executive levels."
