"Good Engineers, some great. The technology and services are great products with customers that love the company. The Executive Leadership Team is disconnected from reality and is just hoping for better results without a clear business strategy. The overhead structure is top-heavy with little real impact. The latest "go-to-market" strategy for North America will fail, as it's been tried before. The corporate leadership team, out of New Zealand has little, to no, experience in the North America office. Many of them know very little about the industry at all."
