"I've worked for Taco John's for a few years now and I have to say that the company is extremely management focused, do not expect to be compensated very well unless you are at least a Director. The management at the company only cares about lining their pocket books... not a great place to be unless you're an executive."

"Non compliance to standards instead of evaluation of the policy. sometime the policy of years ago needs to be updated to reflect current day."

"Seek out feedback from feild staff to insure the changes being made can be timely and effiectively followed."

"always bring a smile, and your best attitude to not only this job, but any restaurant atmosphere. costumers and fellow co-workers respond well to a good attitude and smile, despite their own attitudes."

"my manager was holding me back so I couldn't expand to any other stores as a new manager or assistant manager."

"I haven't worked there in several years, they have made several changes since I was there."
