"I have been employed with Taco Bueno for 9 months now. Although originally hired in for a management position this has still not happened. Although positions have opened I have been passed over for a younger employee. I am a 48 year old woman and have years of management experience including managing a Denny's restaurant. I have also requested to be transferred to another location where management positions are available but I keep being told that they will not let me leave their store. I have not received a single raise since I first began 8 months ago. I guess it is cheaper to have a younger manager."
