"The personnel working at this facility could easily be described as best in the business. The VP of Operations and the staff are genuinely concerned about the business and the employees."

"It's a very professional but people friendly environment, remember that when interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Harrah's Entertainment?
"Unfortunately, the changes in the business structure and the present economy have made the outlook of working in this environment bleak."

"None, they are doing an excellent job."

"I did like the professional growth opportunities it offered, even to the contractors or consultants."

"It really is a good company to tie yourself to, especially if you are looking to grow in your profession. Just do whatever you have to do to ensure that you have a recruiter who is sincerely interested in your goals and aspirations relative your profession!"
What don't you like about working at Robert Half?
"Because I have worked for Robert Half and Office Team in the past, I know that my most recent experience with my recruiters was not the norm for a company of Robert Half's caliber."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Really provide training to your recruiters. Follow up with them on their accounts and the consultants they are servicing. My initial recruiter (James Benner) was FANTASTIC!!, from my initial interview and testing process on through my starting the assignment!! Then out of nowhere, he was gone and I got stuck with two people who really cared less about my goals and aspirations for my career. I entrusted my dreams and goals to that particular Robert Half location and was let down big time! I will not pursue work with that location as long as those two people are there for the tech industry!"

"The Security Technology was a challenge and it was great helping people from around the world solve program and hardware issues."

"No opportunity for growth, looked at more like a number instead of an valuable asset to a company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create Tier levels for Support positions.Setup training for SQL administration and support.Have all hardware document more accessible to support group instead of scrounging around for it."
