Submit a Review"What I loved about my job was the opportunity to interact with my clients, over time they came to respect and trust my judgments when they needed something done, they would request me instead of the other technicians because they knew that I would resolve their issues in a timely manner, and in difficult situations, I would not leave the area until the problem was resolved. I don't like using the word "hate", but in this case, what I hated about my job was the petty micro-management by a supervisor that has less education than his employees, the racial discrimination towards the employees, and that the Human Resources department of both companies did not have the employee's best interest as a priority."
