"Development and delivery of processes, equipment, and products on scales neverbefore attemped (55 meter long wind turbine blades) for a full production environment. Very exciting knowing my efforts directly helped the company as well as the people building the product"

"Communication and widespread intra-corporate networking are key skills needed to achieve success and build the best products for the company"

What don't you like about working at Vestas?

"The struggling (potentially shrinking) global wind industry market made it very difficult for executive manage to accurately predict market trends, resulting in continuous mid-stream strategy and project scope changes"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve global corporate alignment, break down silo culture to build global synergy and communication instead of the redundant and often diverging efforts prevevalent"
