"Very short notices when delivering new projects (which have been there for a long time in managers' inbox) Unfair workload on researchersLimiting researchers to qualitative or quantitative research field"

"They had a good team, they tend to hire very good people"

"Don't bother unless you are right out of school, newbies fair well, but are given too much responsibility and not enough training. This results in a lack of depth."

What don't you like about working at Synovate?

"VPs are the only ones that stick around, everyone else leaves after 2 years; each team operates differently, there is no consistency and there is a lack of understanding"

"Management needs to be shaken up"

"I like the fact that I made my own schedule. I could work the minimum of 4 days per week and the maximum of 6 days per week."

"I didn't like when it was slow and we would get called off."

"Practice your interview tips and knowing the company background, and dress oppropriately for the interview and just be yourself and make new friends at the interview. Answer all the questions to the best that you how. And also ask questions from the employer."

"I felt I didn't have enough company training or participation on their behalf to launch a great opportunity that I was working toward professionally and financially."

"I got to have a vision of present phase of the company (operations, management, financial mangement, inventory, customer/clients relations) and building a strong trusted relationship with other businesses and clientile."
