"Syngenta has gone through multiple reorganizations over the last 5 years which has resulted in iterations of misunderstanding and growing pains. Efficiency and effectiveness have been diminished at times."

"Always keep the end result of our work and intentions in focus. Dont let the chaos of internal processes take precedence over the need to deliver accurate and effective information, services, and products to our end users and consumers."

"Well, just be transparent and be yourself. You don't have impress anyone. They will know if you are really good... and if you are, you will have your chance to shine in this organization."

"The culture of people being so workaholic. Although they are encouraging employees to have a balance work and personal life... the work load is overwhelming so you won't really have that much time for your personal life."

"Although they are trying to promote that balance between work and personal life... they have to really mean it by reviewing the deliverables they have for their employees."
