"Well, just be transparent and be yourself. You don't have impress anyone. They will know if you are really good... and if you are, you will have your chance to shine in this organization."

What don't you like about working at Syngenta?

"The culture of people being so workaholic. Although they are encouraging employees to have a balance work and personal life... the work load is overwhelming so you won't really have that much time for your personal life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although they are trying to promote that balance between work and personal life... they have to really mean it by reviewing the deliverables they have for their employees."
