"Sadly the company has a great product but lacks any leadership. Onsite management cannot get past their own egos and hold customers responsible for their requirements. Lack of direction, communication, and overall management skills are just a few of the areas causing the company to be such a toxic environment for employees. They hire per their job descriptions and then change the roles to get more work out of employees at less pay. They expect employees to travel to customer sites on their own time while expecting 60 hours to be the normal working week. All the while paying low wages based on a 40-hour work week."
