What don't you like about working at Sylvan Learning?

"I didn't like that fact that you have to meet someone many quotas and if you didn't that jeopardize your employment with them. There was no job security because the economy is so shaky and alot of people just couldn't afford the program therefore as an education consultant (education sales consultant) that caused you to look bad when you couldn't sell the program. Also it was a call center position which required alot of sitting and talking to numerous people all day every day. That was the toughest part of the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest management to be consistent and delegate the right people for the jobs that they cannot do. To be more understanding and empathetic of the job that the Education Sales Consultant do on a daily basis."
