Swisslog Healthcare Employee

"The company means it when they say they support employee growth. There is a much higher rate of internal promotions and opportunities than with any other company I have worked for. There are also flexible work options for most positions, meaning employees can take an active role in creating a work environment that works best for them. I believe these positive cultural aspects are what keep so many employees around for the long haul. Being happy in your job and having a healthy work/life balance is more important than starting salary, especially since there is so much room to grow within the organization. Additionally, the 401k matching and tuition reimbursement programs are great benefits that show how the company values its employees, and the vacation policy is competitive. Looking forward to the addition of a VTO benefit in 2024. The company has gone through some growing pains in the past year or two, but I'm excited about some of the recent changes as I think we are now on track to continue to grow and succeed in the market. Lastly, some members of leadership have identified the need for us to focus more on increasing diversity and inclusion, and are taking active steps to help the company grow in this area. This will be crucial to our continued success, our employees' happiness, and our ability to attract and retain top talent."

"The company is a good place to get experience. For me personally it has given me good experience in software and Network Trouble Shooting. I got a lot of training on the proprietary system and software as well as experience with SQL Database troubleshooting. I enjoy the job and the people I work with however the seems to be no upward movement for me in networking or security."
