"Decision making can require a very long time, as well as networking on location."

"Delegate decision making and risk taking to a much lower level in the organization, but hire the right people to allow for this."

"Outsourcing is wrecking IT customer service and it is not realizing cost savings."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of managers proposing outsourcing as it is destroying IT customer service. Additionally, ensure that all ITIL processes have the ability to have humans intervene when process goes off the rails."
