"I've worked for SWBC for short term but it was really a great experience working with them. My manger was so nice and calm. My team was fantastic and help me out where-ever I use to get lost or don't know something."
"SWBC is really a great place to work. The people are helpful and friendly and they have really great benefits. My LO does not communicate with me unfortunately, and changes his mind often which is why I am looking to move."
"The benefits here far outweigh any negativity. I love my company but some of the departments themselves are wacked. Employees who clearly do well, think independently, and focus on work (not social) are not rewarded or even recognized. If you can schmooze, act like an ass, and drink your coworkers under the table then you will go far here... even if your work looks like it came from the brain of a monkey!"
"The worst IT job I've ever had but passive loyal type employees may like it"
