"I’ve worked at Swarovski since 2019, when I was hired by an old co-worker of mine from a previous job. I started during 4th quarter (November) so, things were hectic during Thanksgiving. I didn’t really receive much training from my own store manager, but employees at another location really taught me a lot. Over the few months I’ve learned a lot (mainly self taught about merchandise) and I’ve enjoyed my co-workers. Just issues with management when it came to scheduling."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. PRIVATE BUSINESS THAT IS FAMILY OWNED. LOW PAY FOR TOO MUCH STRESS. NO CHANCES FOR GROWTH IN THE COMPANY"

"The upper management does not care about their employees. The district manager is from hell"

"Focus more on the employees and make sure there happy"
