"Nepotistic employees are ONLY interested in saving their own skin, do not support those under them, and act like hierarchical supremes. The culture is arrogant and sick."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the nepotists and hire someone qualified. Get rid of the Friends of who make as much as professional athletes, and get good business people at less than half the salary."
